How can we help?
We act for both Leaseholders and Freeholders on all issues arising from long leases including;
- Interpretation of the terms of a lease and advising with regard to the respective obligations of the parties further to it
- Advising and assisting with regard to disputes over service charges including negotiation and, where necessary, representation at Tribunal
- Advising and assisting either leaseholders or freeholders with regard to the statutory entitlement to a leasehold extension or purchase of freehold (enfranchisement)
- We act for either party (although more commonly mortgagors) in mortgage possession proceedings including negotiation and/or representation at Court. We do also act as agents for the representatives or solicitors or mortgagees.
