Conveyancing Solicitor - Dorking Office

The Property Department at Hanne & Co is looking for a solicitor to join the Dorking office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the well-regarded team at Hanne & Co. We enjoy a good volume of middle to high end work and have a strong reputation across the broad range of residential property work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6-8 years PQE. You will be confident in handling your own caseload and have a commitment to providing a high-quality, client-focused service. Experience in commercial conveyancing is an advantage; an interest and enthusiasm in business development is a must.

Conveyancing Solicitor- Battersea office

The Property Department at Hanne & Co is looking for a solicitor to join the Conveyancing team at our Molasses House office on Battersea riverside.

The key requirements are as follow:

  • Must have at least 5 years PQE experience
  • Experience of all aspects of residential conveyancing (experience of commercial conveyancing an advantage)
  • Efficient and well organised, with attention to detail
  • Adaptable and flexible with ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise heavy workload within tight time constraints under pressure
  • Excellent IT skills particularly with experience in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
  • Willingness to network and promote the firm

Experienced Family Law Paralegal Required

Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a Family Paralegal for our London Battersea, SW11 office. It is a full time, permanent position at a well-established Lexcel accredited firm.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Assisting the Head of Department with casework covering all matrimonial matters
  • Attending clients and court hearings, taking instructions and preparing cases
  • Compiling documents, scheduling diaries and dealing with correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate time costings
  • Effective legal research
  • Ensuring compliance with file management

About the Candidate

The successful candidate must demonstrate passion and experience in a broad range of Family Law, with a specific leaning to matrimonial finance. He/she must be dedicated and client focused and have a strong academic background. He/she must be highly organised and have impeccable attention to detail. We would expect the candidate to have a clear understanding of Family Law and its application. This would be particularly suited to BPTC candidates.
