The property department aims to provide a personal, efficient and friendly service by qualified staff at a competitive price. The department is staffed by two very experienced lawyers and their assistants. We know how important it is to ensure that our clients can communicate with us easily and understand the issues involved in any transaction.

We deal with domestic and commercial conveyancing from large estates to modest properties all over England and Wales. We have a very high level of repeat business from satisfied clients. These range from private individuals to property developers, investors and small businesses and include overseas clients. We liaise with our Housing Department on leasehold enfranchisement and landlord and tenant problems.

As well as dealing with the sale and purchase of residential and commercial property, we offer expert advice and assistance on re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release loans, leasehold extensions, leasehold enfranchisement and tenancy agreements.
