Stalking and Harassment

No-one should suffer in silence

This is when you are made to feel threatened or distressed by repeated, unwanted behaviour from someone. For example, unwanted phones calls, texts, emails or visits, verbal abuse and threats, or stalking. It could be someone you know, or a stranger. If you are, or someone you know, is experiencing stalking or harassment we can help by applying to the court for an injunction under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 against the perpetrator. Legal aid is available in some cases. If you need assistance or would like some initial advice, please contact our Family & Divorce Law team and request an emergency appointment with one of our specialist solicitors on 020 7228 0017.
