Stalking and Harrassment

No-one should suffer in silence

Harassment is when you are made to feel threatened or distressed by repeated, unwanted behaviour from someone. For example, unwanted phones calls, texts, emails or visits, verbal abuse and threats, or stalking. It could be someone you know, or a stranger. If you are or someone you know is experiencing stalking or harassment we can help by applying to the court for an injunction under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 against the person perpetuating the harassment. Legal aid is available in some cases involving harassment. If you need assistance or would like some initial advice, please contact us and request an emergency appointment with one of our specialist solicitors.
