Hanne & Co Solicitors LLP are looking to recruit a paralegal who has a high degree of self-management and initiative to work in the Family Department at our Battersea office. The successful candidate will primarily assist a Partner.

The Family Department at Hanne & Co Solicitors LLP encompasses a wide range of family related legal matters including complex finance cases, private children & child abduction & re-location cases. The team enjoys good quality and varied work.

The main duties for the role include:

  • preparation of statements, court applications, trial bundles etc.
  • handle face-to-face, as well as telephone, enquiries from new and existing clients.
  • ensure that all client work is dealt with effectively and accurately.
  • assist with the financial aspects of files for which the fee-earner is responsible, such as disbursements and bills.
  • attend court to undertake clerking duties which includes meeting with the client and counsel.
