Charlotte Scoffin

Charlotte grew up in Singapore – the garden city which is constantly rebuilding – where she became interested in urban planning, land use and flat living from an early age.

From 2016 to 2019, she read Law at the University of Exeter achieving one of the highest grades for land law in her cohort. She completed her LPC at the University of Law in 2021 with a Distinction.

Intrigued by talk of leasehold reform, Charlotte has carried out research and transcribed important interviews for the national leaseholders charity.

Before joining us, Charlotte also worked with International Citizens Service to volunteer in a remote Nepalese village for three months. During this experience, she was entrusted with hosting workshops on sensitive issues such as child marriage and events including a careers fair.

Charlotte believes her compassion, steely determination and forensic analytical skills make her well-suited to assist Partner Tom Mythen on complex residential and commercial conveyancing matters.

A grade eight pianist, you will find her either at the piano or a dance class in her free time.
