Victoria joined Hanne & Co in 2016 and specialises in housing law, debt recovery, property litigation and civil litigation. She heads up the Housing and Litigation departments in Hanne & Co and became an Equity Partner in 2021.
She read history at the University of St Andrews and went on to do her PDGL and LPC at the College of Law in York.
She represents landlords and tenants, dealing with all aspects of the relationship spanning from Section 21 matters / rent disputes to more complex property litigation matters. She is experienced in County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal work as well as Tribunal matters.
Victoria is highly regarded in her field. She has extensive experience across the board of her specialisms. She prides herself on having a real interest in all her clients whether they are a business or an individual. She likes to get to know her clients so that she can understand their needs and objectives and therefore excels in obtaining the results they seek.
When Victoria isn’t at work she enjoys visiting castles, reading and spending time with her young family.
